Connect 4 is played by two people, and to win you have to form an uninterrupted row of 4 tokens of your color horizontally, vertically or diagonally. The first player places a token in the upper part of the grid and lets it slide down, then it is the opponent's turn to place a token of his color. The game continues in this way until one of the two players manages to form a row of 4 tokens of his color. When you place a token in the grid, always be careful, because you could favor the other player.
