Potions Explosion, now with plastic dispensers, is a family-friendly board game (but also suitable for more serious players) in which participants compete to create potions of various kinds.
The heart of the game: "fishing" ingredients from the dispenser shown above. You take a ball and then check if other balls of the same color collide: this activates chain effects (a bit like in Candy Crush on mobile phones)!
The balls are then placed on the potions, which are bottle-shaped dies with the "recipe" on one side and various little holes: when all the required balls are placed in the holes, the potion is ready, it is turned over to the "painted" side and the used balls go back into the dispenser. Furthermore, from now on, in addition to providing points, the potion can be drunk to unleash various special effects!
For 2 to 4 players.
