Timeline launches into space thanks to the special edition created in collaboration with ASI and ESA and with the participation of Samantha Cristoforetti.
A brand new and ambitious version of Timeline that saw us collaborate with ASI (Italian Space Agency) and ESA (European Space Agency) to create a board game that retraces the history of astronomy and space exploration.
Furthermore, this version of the Timeline board game boasts on the cover the presence of the extraordinary Samantha Cristoforetti, ESA Astronaut and national pride, who was on a mission in space aboard the International Space Station when she signed the agreements for the use of her image. Timeline ASI and ESA was therefore born for Asmodee Italia in the most exciting way possible, with a confirmation received directly from space!
Timeline ASI and ESA offers players 110 cards dedicated to events related to astronomy and space exploration, carefully selected by ASI and ESA. Players will be able to discover, for example, whether humans played golf on the Moon before or after the launch of the first probe destined to leave the solar system, Pioneer 10. As in all Timeline variations, the aim of the game is to be the first to place all of your cards, creating the correct time sequence: a very fun way to test your knowledge and learn new things!
About Timeline Timeline is a card game in which each card depicts a historical event, invention, or discovery on one side and the year in which that event occurred on the other. Players take turns placing a card from their hand in a row on the table. After placing the card, the player reveals the date on it. If the card has been placed correctly with the date in chronological order with all the other cards on the table, the card remains in place; otherwise, the card is removed from the game and the player takes another card from the deck. The first player to get rid of all of their cards by placing them correctly wins.
