Shipping & Returns
All orders are subject to review, inventory, and product inspection to ensure the best possible quality. Ludosfera is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier delays, or other causes beyond our control. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location.
Upon receipt of the order confirmation by email, a subsequent email will follow with information regarding the tracking of the shipment.
NB. Receipt of the order confirmation does not imply immediate processing of the order: the order may be cancelled in the event of subsequent unavailability of the product, detection of a damaged item, or detection of inconsistency in the payment method. In the event of cancellation of the order, the pre-authorization on the chosen payment method is cancelled and no charge is made.

Italy

- € 7.99, with prepayment for all other orders. (€9.99 to the Islands)
- Orders received from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Delivery Times:
- 48 / 72 hours from receipt of the order excluding holidays and weekends;
- I sole: 4 or 5 working days excluding holidays and weekends.
Delivery Method:
For each order placed, the "SUPPLIER" issues a tax delivery note for individuals and an invoice for VAT holders, physically sending it to the address indicated during registration pursuant to art. 14 DPR 445/2000 and DL 52/2004.
The information provided by the Customer at the time of ordering will be used to issue the invoice.
No changes to the invoice will be possible after its issue, unless requested by the "SUPPLIER".
Delivery costs are charged to the Customer for orders under €59.99 and are explicitly reported when placing the order.
Payment by the Customer will be made using the method chosen at the time of ordering.
Nothing more is owed by the Customer than the total of the order.
The availability of products for sale is limited to the availability of the products themselves and is a condition for the validity of the offers.
In the event of stock shortage – even temporary – the "SUPPLIER" has the right to refuse the customer's purchase request by formally communicating via e-mail, in which any available replacement products may also be indicated.
Delivery is intended to be at street level only.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product must be immediately contested by placing a WRITTEN RESERVATION OF CONTROL on the courier's proof of delivery.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 8 days of delivery, via email, to the address info@laludosfera.com
Any costs for storing the goods at the courier's warehouse, caused by incorrect communication of the address or by the absence of the recipient, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns and Refunds
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to articles 64 and 65 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity), he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, with the exception of the types of products for which this is expressly excluded (see art. 55 of Legislative Decree 206/2005) and without prejudice to what is indicated in the following point 14.
To exercise this right, the customer must send the "SUPPLIER" a communication to this effect, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to the "SUPPLIER", or by telegram, fax or email always sent within the aforementioned term of 10 days and followed by a confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, sent STRICTLY within the following 48 hours. Once the aforementioned withdrawal communication has been received, the "SUPPLIER" will promptly communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to return the goods, which must reach the "SUPPLIER" within 10 days of authorization.
IMPORTANT: No returned goods will be accepted without a return authorization.
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
- the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g.: accessories, etc.);
- the purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, etc.); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to place it in a second box, on which to affix the label provided by the "SUPPLIER", showing the RMA number (return authorization code); in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tape directly on the original packaging of the product must be avoided;
- by law, the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the Customer;
- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
- in the event of damage to the goods during transport, the "SUPPLIER" will inform the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow the Customer to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this eventuality, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously cancelling the request for withdrawal;
- the "SUPPLIER" is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments;
- upon arrival at our warehouses, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the packaging and/or the original wrapping are damaged, the "SUPPLIER" will withhold a percentage from the refund due, in any case not exceeding 15% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.
Except for any repair costs for damages found to the original packaging, the "SUPPLIER" will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid, within 30 days of the return of the goods, by means of a reversal procedure of the amount by bank transfer. The Customer will be responsible for promptly providing the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN code of the current account of the invoice holder).
The right of withdrawal lapses entirely, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where the "SUPPLIER" ascertains:
- the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts, ...);
- damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the "SUPPLIER" will provide the relevant communication by registered mail; the product will remain available to the Customer at the "SUPPLIER" warehouse for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of sending the registered letter. After this period, the product will be eliminated without further notice.
