Azul: Crystal Mosaic is the first large expansion for Azul that contains four new double-sided player boards, each of which offers a different configuration of the walls to compose and therefore allows different approaches to the individual challenges. Furthermore, Crystal Mosaic contains transparent plastic overlays to be placed on the boards (even those of the base game) to avoid, thanks to the recesses it houses, that unexpected impacts can disrupt the collection of tiles during the games.
